Important Information You Need To Know

The weekend of Presidents’ Day, we will be closed both Saturday (applies to branches that have Saturday hours) and Monday.

The following schedule is in place for the Presidents’ Day weekend so that we can become Better. United.

Please be patient with us. To ensure that the consolidation of our affiliated banks goes smoothly and correctly, our online services will be unavailable. Here is the timeline:

Friday, February 17: Citizens Bank's website will be directed to a landing page. This page explains that our website is changing to Save as our new website to your favorites and/or bookmarks.

Friday, February 17 @ 5:00 pm: All Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone banking will be unavailable.

Saturday, February 18: No branch hours.

Monday, February 20: Closed for Presidents' Day.

Tuesday, February 21: Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone banking will be available through United Bank.

All online banking customers: Your login and password do not change and will continue to work. However you will need to re-register your browsers and devices. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you have updated your contact information with the bank. You can check your information by visiting SettingsSecurity Preferences > Secure Delivery in Online Banking prior to Presidents' Day weekend.

Mobile app customers: Starting Tuesday, February 21, visit the Google Play or the Apple iTunes store to download the upgraded mobile app. Search for UBKYMobile.

If you use Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint, please see the following for important conversion instructions. You must download your history by Friday, February 17.

Mint Conversion Information

Mint Conversion Information (V40) 

As we complete our system conversion to United Bank & Capital Trust Co., Mint aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. 
NOTE:    You will be able to access online banking information by directly logging into your financial institution website during the interrupted time. 

Mint Conversion Information data is stored on Intuit cloud servers. Data is updated with every change and cannot restore data to a previous point in time.
For a successful account update, do not login into for United Bank & Capital Trust Co. until 5 business days after February 21, 2017.
During this time, the server will automatically make the system conversion for your activated accounts.  If you login into during this time, you may see duplicate accounts or an error displayed.  Please do not attempt to change the status or make any changes in during this time.  After 5 business days, the accounts should reconcile showing your transaction history available.
In the event that your accounts do not display current transactions after 5 business days, you may log back into and click the refresh icon to update the account.  After the download completes, click the Transactions tab to view up to 90 days of transaction history.
